svapnasthāno'ntaḥprajñaḥ saptāṅga ekonaviṃśatimukhaḥ pravivikta-bhuktaijaso dvitīyaḥ pādaḥ
The dream state (svapna) is named Taijasa — "made of light." Here the mind itself illuminates its own objects without external input. The same nineteen faculties operate, but on internally-generated content rather than external stimuli.
Meaning
The second quarter is Taijasa — the dream state, inward-knowing, with seven limbs and nineteen mouths, enjoyer of the subtle.
Direct literal rendering preserving Sanskrit philosophical terminology.
Vyakhya

A modern parallel offered for reflection. It is not part of the scripture, and it has not been checked against the original sources it may allude to.
