तद्ैतखराणद्वनं सत्यकामो व श जावालो गोश्रुतये नाम्ना वेया- न्दम पुत्रको वेयाघ्रप्य घरपद्याय व्याघरपदोऽपत्यं वेया- कहते है, उस ॒गोश्रुति नामवाटेसे यथोक्तप्राणदर्नविद इदं उपर्युक्त प्राणद्ेनके ज्ञातके सिय इस मन्थनामक कर्मका आरम्भ मन्थाख्यं कारभ्पते--- किया नता है-- खव यदि वह महछको प्राप्त होना चाहे तो उसे अमावास्याको दीक्षित होकर पूर्णिमाकी रात्रिको सर्वौषधके दधि नर मधुसम्बन्धी मन्थका मन्थन कर्" ज्येष्ठाय प्रेष्ठाय स्वाहा" पेसा कहते हुए अग्ने घृतका
