तथा इसका जो दक्षिण छिद्र है उसे स्थित जो वायुविरोष है दह वीयंवान् कर्म करता हुभा गमन हृदयान्तगेत पश्चिमदुषिभ्त अपानकी उपासना ऽभ्निस्तदेतदृब्रह्मवचंसमन्ना्यमिल्यु पासीत बह्मवच॑स्य तथा इसका जो परिचम छिद्र है वह अपान है, वह वाक् है, वृह अग्नि है ओर वदी वह बरहतेज एवं अन्नाय है- ईस प्रकार उसकी उपाद्ना करे । जो पूसा जानता है वह ब्रहमतेजस्वी ओर अन्नका
